6 months ago I took up personal training for the first time after it worked well for a friend… Since then I’ve learnt to diet effectively (even with one cheat meal a week), gone from doing barely any exercise to exercising 3-4 times a week (and actually enjoying it), have hit the goal weight I initially set myself and most importantly feel more body confident than I’ve felt in a long time…! I would thoroughly recommend Graham – Without his coaching, I’d still be hating the gym & wishing my dieting would see better results. Can’t wait to push myself harder in 2018!!

I have always loved training but went through a stage where I was losing my motivation and wanted to push myself that little bit more rather than just continuing with the usual exercise classes. My PT sessions have gone beyond what I expected. Graham has encouraged me with training that I never even thought I could do and strength that I never knew I had. Feel so much stronger and seen a complete difference. Loved every session and Graham has listened to exactly what I wanted to gain from my PT sessions. Definitely found my motivation again. Would highly recommend.

Graham helped me hugely in my preparation for a white collar boxing match. He tailored the exercises so they were dynamic, functional and interesting. The advice he provided on nutrition in the run up to the fight was particularly helpful.
